Our Fitness
Kickboxing class is designed for those who are not
interested in learning martial arts for combat. Participants in our Fitness
Kickboxing class have a primary goal of kicking their bodies into the best shape
they possibly can. In this class, we take you through a kickboxer’s workout
consisting of cardiovascular and resistance training, using all of the training
aids (heavy bags, focus mitts, kicking shields, etc.) to burn fat and build
strength and endurance.
According to Muscle and
Fitness magazine, fitness kickboxing is the fastest way to burn calories -
faster than weightlifting, aerobics, and running.
